New Year is a day which gives us information about the next year as opening of a “new calendar”. The New Year (celebrated on 1st January) of the Gregorian calendar (Western Calendar or the Christian Calendar today, accomplished in whole world) is today in worldwide used.
In different countries, New Year is celebrated on different religion rules based. As in India, Hindu religion is celebrated new year on March month, known as Gudi Padwa Festival. Gudi Padwa is considered as first day of Chaitra month (Hindu calendar month) to mark the beginning of the New Year. In this way, different believed on different day but, 1st January is the worldwide date… Happy New Year 2011!
