Mahashiv Ratri is one of the most prominent festivals of India. Mahashiv Ratri means ‘The night of Lord Shiva’. On this day, temples are vibrating with the great Mantra of ‘OM Namah Shivay’ . Shiv Ratri is celebrated with great devotion in different parts of the country.

Mha Shiv Rratri is a Hindu festival celebrated every year on the 13th night/14th day in the Krishna Paksha of the month of Maagha  or Phalguna  in the Hindu Calendar . The festival is principally celebrated by offerings of Bael (Bilva) leaves to the Lord Shiva, all day fasting and an all night long vigil. Per scriptural and discipleship traditions, the penances are performed in order to gain boons in the practice of Yoga and meditation, in order to reach life's summum bonum steadily and swiftly.

Shivratri is the perfect night to pray to Bhole Nath and achieve
